Initial Consultation - BUPA - Chiropractic First Visit (40 mins)
NOTE: These appointments are only for NEW PATIENTS with BUPA insurance coverage. We will need your BUPA Membership Number and a BUPA Authorisation Code to confirm the appointment.

* BUPA patients are required to leave a £100 Refundable Deposit at their First Visit. This amount is held until your BUPA care has finished and BUPA has paid the clinic for all visits.

Initial Consultation - AXA - Chiropractic First Visit (40 mins)
NOTE: These appointments are only for NEW PATIENTS with AXA insurance coverage. We will need your AXA Membership Number and an AXA Authorisation Code to confirm the appointment. With AXA, you may be required to pay for your visit and then submit your invoice to AXA for reimbursement.

ONLINE BOOKING - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment covers your consultation, examination, and any treatment undertaken at your first visit.
If x-rays are required at your first visit, they will be billed separately at the end of your appointment.
CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Your online booking will not be secured until we have received your payment in full.
PLEASE NOTE: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment, otherwise 100% of the fee paid may be charged.
